What If I Discover Damage After Accepting the Parcel?

If you notice damage after opening:

• You must notify us within 5 days of delivery.

• An uncut, continuous unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must show:

    • Sealed package

    • Opening process

    • Product inspection clearly

Photos alone may not be sufficient.

Once verified, we will offer:

• Replacement

• Store credit

• Refund (as applicable)
